Not often do we see emus (Dromaius novaehollandiae) when we are out and about, except in drier arid areas. We found this flock in Victoria Valley, in the Grampians, western Victoria. Emus are endemic to Australia, flightless, and the second tallest bird in the world, after the ostrich. Photo taken December 2019.
